URGENT NOTICE!!

Guys I’m reaching out, as I just needed to update you all on current affairs as the IPTV world is under the telescope again.
Last week they have gone to extreme measures with their latest block order, it has caused another major disruption to most providers, like we experienced on saturday with the service blacking out on portal 1 and portal 2 during the games.
They have now started to look at the internet traffic rising at start of games then forcing blocks and even forcing the companIES that hosts the services to shut them off.
To try and combat this we are doing all we can to hide these peaks in traffic around football start times, and we are using the tools we have to avoid these blocks and will contuine to do these measures to the best of our abilities, but there might become a time when this is not enough so other measures need to be put in place.
As a last resort attempt until we figure out how they are doing this and the best way around this and we have no choice but to tell our loyal customers to do there part.

Answer:
Basically you need to get a VPN, especially if you are on one of the ISP’s that get blocked.
How can I do this ?
Any one on old mag boxes models like the MAG250/254/256/257 you will need to upgrade, As the older created models will not be able to cope with the changes we put in to get round the blocks. So it is time now to upgrade we will not be renewing anyone that has one of these boxes as we cannot cope with the emails or help any longer as we have tried everything and we did warn customers to upgrade by the end of the year but with all that is happening now. We have had to fast track our changes and we need you to do the same. For those on MAG410 this is a awkward Android box so unless you have a PC and able to download and then copy a file to a USB stick and then install on to the box, then I would say upgrade your box.
You have 3 options.
- Either buy a pre loaded MAG425a £100 Box only from us we will give you 3 month VPN access built in to our app and you will be ok. We will switch your subscription over.
- Get yourself an Android box spec you want is 4k ready or above, Quad core, 6gb-32gb+ Ram and Memory and Android 8 and above, they are ok to use and retail from £20-160 can be brought from Amazon, ebay or etsy.
- Or buy yourself a Amazon Firestick 4k if you have very good wifi in and around your TV then would advise to get one of these or a Amazon Cube alot more expensive but you can use a ethernet cable if your W-Fi isnt great and you are able to get a cable from your router/hub to the box.
All these devices you can install our app and VPN and we will switch your subscriptions over to these devices.

If you want to buy your own devices we will send you instructions on how to set up, but we have too many the instructions are clear and we will help as much as we can but please only get yourself if you are tech savvy as these boxes are alot different to the normal STB boxes. We have also brokered a good deal with a very good VPN provider who are offerring us great prices on monthly subscriptions and you will not lose too much bandwidth during peak times. This is if all else fails but we will be having constant black outs until we can work out how they are blocking, so I would urge you all to get one. As I cannot give 100% guarantee whatever we are doing will work.
Also thank you for those of you that have already upgraded your boxes a lot of you have. That is why most of you havent been disrupted apart from Saturday and a 15 minute blip today during the game on Sunday. But you guys don’t have to do a lot apart from adding the DNS change which is in the auto reply email.
Those on the MAG420w1 or MAG324/w2 there is a new updates out for you so please can you update the firmware on your box, following the instructions below.
Update the firmware from the system settings manually. Please follow the video to get where to do this. Remember this is in the innerport settings to get there go to setting on either portal 1 or 2 and then select ‘go to innerportal settings’.
