Until we figure out how they are blocking the service during when the footie is on and you have tried all the fixes in the auto reply email still getting the black screen. When the footie is on.
We are still doing all we can to figure out how they are doing this and will be putting something in this week which we are hoping will get round the blocks but all service providers are in the same boat we got hit first as did all the other major ones did last week.
This weekend alot of the smaller providers got hit so eventually until we figure out how they are doing they will hit us all.
So the same goes for you guys like witth Android box customers and you will need a VPN. The only way you can connect your box up to VPN is through a VPN router or upgrade yours boxes to a Android box/Firestick. We do the MAG425a with built in VPN which is £110 for box only and we move your TV subscriptions over and obviously all preloaded also gives you access to 12 months VPN. As the way things are going VPN will be the way forward
With the firestick/Cube and other cheaper Android boxes these you can buy yourself but please only do this if you feel confident on setting it up by following our instructions.

OR if you can follow instructions by just a VPN router and configure it yourself using the instructions on ExpressVPN site they have good customer service also.
