Firstly contact me via email to say you have our Satmann app or you are using STB EMU Pro on either a Firestick/ Cube or have a MAG425a or any other Android Device and would like the VPN.
Once we have enabled the access we will give you your username and password. This will also be the same as the access to Portal 1 which you should have been provided when you signed in to our app.
Instructions on using VPN through our App
- For android boxes all you need to do is go to Android settings buy pressing the home button and looking for the cogwheel settings icon.
2. Then in the settings go to APP for android boxes in the app just find satmann xcip app and press ok and then from the list of options select Force Stop then ok again and then select Clear Cache then ok again and then Open/Launch reload and you should be good.
- For fire stick go to settings then applications then manage installed applications find Satmann xcip app and press ok and then from the list of options select Force Stop then ok again and then select Clear Cache then ok again and then Open/Launch reload and you should be good.
- Now Launch the app and if it doesnt sign-in then proceed to sign in.
- Once the portal has loaded top right hand corner you shoud see a VPN icon, click on this.
- Then the username and password we provided you type this in then Connect Do not turn on Auto Connect as you only really need it during when the footie is on.
Instructions on downloading the VPN android app for use on firestick and Android boxes running STB EMU PRO app.
- Go to search apps and locate Downloader app, once you have found it download and install it on your device. If already installed then launch it.

- Once it has download select install(if you see any message to say the app cannot open the file then go to your Firesticks/Android settings and make sure the below llist is correctly set.
Settings > preference >> privacy settingsDevice usage data turn offcollect app usage turn off Data monitoring turn off Now in the settings > my fire tv > developer optionsADB debugging turn offSettings > Applications > app store > Automatic update turn off.
4. Once installed type in the username and password provided to sign in and then connect you are go.
